Absolutely fantastic hotel. Owners are amazing and go above and beyond. Would never stop anywhere else in Blackpool. Have stopped at the hotel on many occasions and can’t fault it. Ideal location as it’s close to a lot of activities and the town centres not to far away.
close to the Central Pier & town centre. Blackpool has a long season from Easter, through summer & now the famous LIGHTS through September to 2nd of January. You will not regret staying at this owner run hotel.
Just come back from a 1 night stay, 6 adults and a birthday night out, 3 rooms in total. Our hosts couldnt have been nicer, I phoned from a nearby carpark, just to make sure it was the best one to park in overnight, and Derek walked round to make sure we were all ok, the rooms were basic, but nice, tea coffee and milk were a welcome site after a 3 hour drive. Derek ordered a taxi for us to take us to our evenings entertainment so I didn't have to look up one and hoped it arrived, as seen some bad taxi reviews, the driver was wonderful even arranged to return a left mobile after dropping up off, somewhat would not happen in Sheffield, so thank you for this Derek. The whole weekend was organised via a 3rd party event organiser, so I was extremely happy to arrive somewhere friendly and welcoming, and the next time I stay in Blackpool I will be booking direct with the hotel.

Just needed a bed for the night booked a double room forty two quid, room was basic but clean and functional kettle with coffee etc. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly, parking round the corner, all in all good value.
Very nice family run this small hotel. Rooms are fine and clean and the shower works well. Towels are a bit small and thin. A few steep steps so not for people with difficulties. The location is near the sea front. It's was very affordable and worth every penny. Cheap, clean and cheerful.
I stayed 1 night 27 August 2024. Made booking a few days before, but apparently this was with previous owners who hadn't informed current owners who had bee running the property for only a few days. However, I was given a very warm welcome, room clean ... good value, goos location, and a S Indoian breakfast was prepared espaecillay for me. Excellent value.
Our first stay at this brilliant little hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. Very clean en suite rooms, nice bar and a great breakfast every morning. A two minute walk from Central Pier, super affordable and Derek was really friendly and accommodating. Especially as we had to change our booking last minute due to illness.
